The Physical World, Finally Measurable

Four capabilities that digital ads cannot replicate.

Foot Traffic with Attribution
We know who came, when they arrived, and what they did. Every visit is permissioned, timestamped, and tied to a specific activation. No estimates, no guesswork.
wSI Pricing Transparency
You know what you are buying before you buy it. wSI shows verified audience data, projected reach, and historical performance for every activation slot. No black boxes.
AR-Locked Activations
Explorers point their phone camera at a location. Branded digital content appears, anchored to that place, at that time. They claim collectibles and unlock rewards that exist only in that moment.
Co-Branded UGC
Curators and Explorers generate authentic content at every activation. Social stories, event footage, and organic posts from people who actually showed up and engaged with your brand.
Consent-based data you can actually use.
Every behavioral signal weDISCOVR delivers comes from an Explorer who said yes. No third-party cookies. No scraped location pings. First-party, permission-granted data that holds up in any regulatory environment and converts better because it comes from people who chose to engage.

Your Brand, Their Community

Your products don't appear in a vacuum. They show up inside cultural moments hosted by 2,400+ Curators across 4 countries. DJs, comedians, yoga instructors, street artists, and performers who have already built trust with their audience. You get the reach. They get the credibility.

Join The Berlin 50 as a Partner

Partnership tiers are structured around category exclusivity, number of events, and activation depth. Here's what you need to get started.

1
Product Units
Provide physical product samples or gift units for AR unlocks. These are what Explorers discover, try, and buy at events.
2
Event Discount or Offer
Attach a discount code, free trial, or exclusive offer to your AR activation. This drives conversion from unlock to purchase.
3
Brand Assets
Logo, product imagery, brand guidelines. We handle the AR design, event integration, and weDI Shop page setup.
4
A Clear Objective
New market entry? Product launch? Brand awareness? Customer acquisition? We tailor the activation and reporting to your KPI.

Permission first, always.

The Berlin 50 launches April 2026. 50 Drops across 13 neighborhoods. Limited partnership slots remain.

Every question your team will actually ask.

Answered in plain language. No inflated projections, no vague ROI promises. The old model ran on both. We don't.

01Who This Is For

Start here if your team is evaluating whether weDISCOVR fits your brand at all.

We build for brand CMOs, Heads of Marketing, and Partnership Managers at CPG, beverage, consumer electronics, fashion, and tourism brands who spend between €30K and €500K per year on event or experiential marketing and cannot trace a single conversion back to a specific activation.

If your post-event report is a PDF with estimated reach and a logo impression count, weDISCOVR was built for you. If your CFO has ever questioned whether experiential spend is working, weDISCOVR was built for that conversation too.
Your agency handles production, logistics, and creative. weDISCOVR handles what happens after the experience ends.

Agencies give you a post-event deck with estimated impressions and brand sentiment scores. We give you a structured data package of verified, permission-granted behavioral signals from every Explorer who engaged with your brand at that activation, in real time, during the event.

Those are different things. Most brands use both. Some replace their agency entirely once they see what the data layer unlocks. That is your call.
This is exactly the right question, and the reason weDISCOVR exists.

The old experiential marketing model ran on passive data collection: location tracking, pixel retargeting, badge scanning without clear consent. Brands that wanted to do better had no infrastructure to do it. weDISCOVR is that infrastructure.

Every signal you receive came from an Explorer who chose to engage. No background tracking, no implied consent, no cookies. The old model did not give brands a better option. We do.
On compliance: weDISCOVR operates under GDPR, EU AI Act, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS frameworks. All data processing agreements are available for your legal team to review before any campaign confirmation.
02The Data: wEID Signals, GDPR, and Attribution

Data is the core differentiator. These answers pre-empt every legal and technical objection your team will raise.

You receive a wSI Post-Event Attribution Report: a structured data package containing verified, permission-granted behavioral signals from every Explorer who engaged with your activation.

Each signal includes: verified physical presence (geofenced, dwell-time confirmed), engagement depth (AR gift unlock, product interaction, audio mention acknowledgment), interaction timestamp and duration, stated product interest where the Explorer opted to share it, and attribution to specific Drops, Spaces, and Curators within your campaign.

CRM-compatible export is available for Explorers who initiated a direct brand relationship during the activation, for example, by redeeming a reward or entering a brand promotion on their own terms.
What you don't receive: Names, email addresses, or personally identifiable information of Explorers who did not explicitly initiate a direct relationship with your brand. Privacy is the product, for Explorers and for you.
A wEID (weDISCOVR Encrypted Identity) is a cryptographically irreversible anonymous identifier. It is the only identifier your brand ever receives for an Explorer interaction.

It represents a real, verified, consented human interaction without exposing the individual's personal identity to your brand. You get the behavioral signal without the liability of holding personally identifiable information.

This matters commercially: wEID-anonymized data holds up under GDPR, EU AI Act scrutiny, and any regulatory environment that cracks down on third-party identifiers. Your competitor buying scraped cookie data is one regulatory cycle away from losing it. Your wEID data package is not.
Yes, fully GDPR-compliant. Every data point is collected via explicit, affirmative opt-in. Explorers initiate the interaction and consent before any signal is captured.

For Explorers who initiate a direct brand relationship during your activation: you are designated as the data controller for those records. weDISCOVR acts as the data processor. You own those signals.

For wEID-anonymized signals (the broader pool): weDISCOVR holds the data as controller and delivers a structured report to your brand. Retention, deletion, and portability are handled per GDPR Articles 17-20. Data is stored on EU-based, ISO 27001-aligned infrastructure.
Your brand dashboard updates in real time throughout the activation. You see: total AR gift unlocks, wEID signals captured, average dwell time by Drop location, hourly engagement breakdown, geographic heat map of activation, running Cost Per wEID Signal (CPwS) calculated live by the wSI, UGC collection count from Curators and Explorers, and e-commerce conversions if a commerce path is enabled.

Accessible on any device. No separate login required for your agency or media team.
The AR and Recall Studio is where your brand's physical-world creative is produced. AR gift unlocks, digital collectibles, audio brand mentions, and spatial brand content are all built here by the weDISCOVR production team, in collaboration with your brand team.

You brief it. We build it. You approve it. It runs at every Drop in your campaign.

No coding required from your side. No AR expertise needed. The minimum brief is: your logo, your brand colorway, and a one-line description of what you want the AR moment to feel like. We handle the rest.
03The wSI: Pricing, ROI, and Performance

CMOs need to justify spend to a CFO. These answers give them the language to do it.

The wSI (weDISCOVR Signal Intelligence Index) is a patent-pending algorithmic pricing engine. Think of it as the Bloomberg Terminal for experiential marketing: a standardized, auditable pricing standard that the entire category has been missing.

It takes five verified inputs (expected audience, venue characteristics, city market, Curator network tier, and your selected activation features) and outputs a campaign price and a projected Cost Per wEID Signal (CPwS). You see this before you commit anything.

Every other channel in your media mix has a pricing standard. TV has Nielsen. Digital has programmatic exchanges. Out-of-home has rate cards. Experiential had nothing until now.
Full pricing methodology is available to confirmed partners under NDA. Patent pending. 7 pending patent families.
Every campaign confirmation includes a wSI Performance Summary with three scenarios:

BASE CASE -- What you are paying for. Derived from current wSI inputs at time of booking.
UPSIDE CASE -- The overperformance threshold. When exceeded, Curator performance bonuses are triggered.
FLOOR CASE -- Set at 60% of the base case prediction. The minimum guaranteed outcome.

If actual campaign performance falls below the floor, you receive a forward credit toward your next campaign booking. Cash refunds are never issued. Credits are valid for 90 days.

Every contract also includes a Value Delivered Statement: a contractual enumeration of what you received regardless of signal count. Verified physical presence data, permission-granted behavioral profiles, attributed commerce data, UGC output, and brand interaction depth metrics.
Traditional sponsorship gives you presence. weDISCOVR gives you proof.

A logo on a banner generates no data, no retargeting audience, no attribution, and no post-event conversion path. With weDISCOVR, every AR gift unlock generates a verified, consented wEID signal. You see it in your brand dashboard in real time. You leave the campaign with a structured data package of behavioral intelligence, not a PDF estimating how many people "might have" seen your logo.
Platform access is structured in five tiers based on the scale of your activation:
Local -- €499/month. 1 city, 3 events.
Growth -- €999/month. 2 cities, 6 events. CRM integration, live BSI dashboard.
Regional -- €1,999/month. 5 cities, 15 events. Full wSI dashboard.
National -- €4,999/month. 10 cities, unlimited events. Predictive analytics, dedicated account manager.
Enterprise -- Custom. Global, white-label, custom index configuration.
Campaign activation budgets are separate from platform fees and are calculated by the wSI based on your specific activation inputs. Use the wSI calculator on this page to estimate your campaign before committing.
04The Activation: What Happens on the Ground

Brands need to visualize the day-to-day before they commit. These answers close that gap.

An Explorer arrives at your Drop location and opens the weDISCOVR app. They activate the camera. Your branded digital collectible appears, floating in the real world, anchored to that physical location, visible only at that moment.

They tap to claim it. A reward is unlocked: a product offer, a brand experience, a physical sampling moment, or access to something they could not get anywhere else. No QR scan required. No app switch. Camera on, content appears.

By engaging, they permission-grant their verified behavioral signal to your brand. They know exactly what they are sharing. The mechanic is transparent by design.
weDISCOVR does. Your brand team provides three things:

1. Your product (volume agreed in advance for sampling activations)
2. Your brand creative files (logo, colorway, brief for the AR collectible)
3. One brand contact for pre-activation briefing calls

weDISCOVR handles project management, Space coordination, Curator briefing, AR and Recall Studio production, deployment, and post-event data reporting. The operational weight is on us.
DISC is the weDISCOVR platform currency. 100 DISC = €1.00.

Explorers earn DISC when they engage with brand activations at Drops. A share of your brand campaign budget flows through DISC to Explorers as real-value rewards, redeemable at Spaces across the city.

For your brand, this means the people engaging with your Drop have a genuine financial incentive to engage authentically, not passively scroll past a logo. You are not asking for attention for free. You are paying for it fairly, and they know it. That changes the quality of the interaction.
DISC rewards are not points that expire quietly or coupons that go unspent. They are platform currency with real purchasing power in the weDISCOVR ecosystem. Explorers earn. Brands pay. The exchange is explicit.
05Getting Started
Click "Sponsor a Drop" on this page. A weDISCOVR team member responds within 48 hours with a wSI estimate for the activation you have in mind.

For an event-based Drop tied to a specific activation, like KDK or United in Kindness, minimum 4 weeks of lead time for AR and Recall Studio production, Curator briefing, and logistics.

For a standalone Space activation or Curator-led Drop, 2 weeks minimum.
The wSI sets the campaign price based on your specific activation inputs. There is no arbitrary floor. A small activation in an emerging neighborhood at off-peak hours prices differently than a flagship festival sponsorship. Both are valid.

Use the wSI calculator on this page to get an estimate before submitting your inquiry. If you are unsure what scope makes sense for your budget, submit the inquiry form and we will help you scope the right activation.
On this page, you see the inputs and the output: a price range and a projected Cost Per wEID Signal. That is enough to make a confident decision.

The full technical methodology, including sub-index architecture, weighting logic, and formula construction, is available to confirmed brand partners under NDA. It is patent-pending across 7 filing families and treated as proprietary infrastructure.
